[R-390] Ballast Tube Folly

Yes, I've been there, but it doesn't tell me what I'm looking for (pin connections, current-handling capacity, voltage max, etc.).

The reason I ask is eBay item 150428330852

The HP-410B uses the 6-4 and I was wondering if these would be compatible.

Good price for them but don't know anything about them (other than the obvious).
