[R-390] Fw: Best manual for R-390A? (YK2 ... YK3?)

  I can print them for about $75 each - this includes the color pages 
and the 11x17 fold-outs. I don't know how that compares with Kinko's. 
That's my actual cost - paper, ink, maintenance contract on the 
printers, comb-binding, plastic cover, etc. If there is any interest, I 
can run off some number of them ($75 plus some modest shipping by USPS 
media mail). Any interest? I'm not set up to print hundreds of them, but 
I could print a couple dozen or so. Tisha says they are over 700 pages 
with 50-60 of them 11x17.
