Seems lately the price of R-390A's are quite depressed....
I guess it's one more sign of the poor economy.

Thanks guys, yes it probably came from the "Project". Living near Washington
DC and doing the weekend yard sale treasure expeditions I often find the odd
coffee cups from military units and projects. Nick at Navy-Radios will have
it in his shack along with a bunch of old Navy Communications mugs and unit
plaques that now reside there from my collection. An R-390A at the Manassas
VA hamfest sold for $300 with covers, but one filter was bad. I didn't get
up close to see what mfr but the front panel didn't have any mounting screw
hash markings... If I didn't already have 7 it would have been #8. Pretty
poor turnout this year at Manassas, the WX called for storms but they showed
up after noon. Of course it will be nice the rest of the week...
