[R-390] Baluns Caps and Ballasts

FWIW - the Navy's AN/FRD-10 CDAA (Wullenweber, Elephant Cage) systems
ran unbalanced co-ax from the antennas to the multicouplers -and the
multicouplers and RF switches had unbalanced coax outputs to the
receivers.
