[R-390] Antenna balun

Yep! Did just that.

1) He is located in Germany.

2) Tom, N0JMY, make NEW plugin replacements for the octal based 
capacitors, is located in Tennessee, and charges less.  $59.99 for the 
pair.  The shipping will definitely be less.  In fact I believe shipping 
is INCLUDED.

3) I still have a couple of 3TF7s, AND I have a large 10W resistor that 
ran for years in a '67 EAC.

I guess if you have the excess $$$, then this individual would be YOUR 
source.
