[R-390] OT: Update on Blaupunkt

I've had several go bad in an SX-101 MKIII.

It's why my new DVM has capacitance testing, and I still have an old 
Heath C-3.

You never know WHAT might go bad.  I'm developing a "habit" of lifting 
one leg of damn near every component, so I can test them.

I bought a whole batch of metal film resistors too!
