[R-390] Fwd: Vintamin Q caps

[GDM]

Would some one be so kind as to describe a Vitamin Q or point us to a 
picture of one?
I have an R390A that I was going to recap, but I suspect it may have 
Vitamin Q's.  What I see are small grey/silver cylinders with a plastic 
(?) bead on one lead.
