[R-390] Cam pins

Depending on manufacturer (and era) - the pins can be a bit 
different.  Most "stick out" of the shaft a little more on 
one side than the other.  On those most (99+%) can be 
"punched" back through from the *short side* of the pin. I. 
E. the pin is driven in until in binds - (they're tapered) 
and usually they bind BEFORE they get 1/2 way through (the 
part "going in" stands "more proud" than the part "sticking 
through" - punch the short side "back through").  I use a 
drift-pin punch just slightly smaller than the hole.  If you 
need to know what the hole "usually" is - I can measure one 
for you (I have several decks apart).
