[R-390] Low Freq Spectrum analyzer for 390 IF's Singer SB-15a

Quite a few years ago, I purchased this from a list member. Its a BA in 
its own right.  Fully tube but still seems to work ok.  Being low freq, 
it worked really nice for aligning the IF's on the 6 stage R390.  I 
haven't turned it on until tonight to verify that it still works. 
Hooking in a speaker lead to the input showed what one would expect from 
inserting audio into it.  It has not been fully verified that it works 
in all modes.  However, the trace seems quite nice.  It comes with the 
instruction manual which also has a service section that seems very 
good.  Frequency range is 100 cps-600 KC.

Price: $100 (same as I paid) with caveat:  I want to offer this to 
someone attending Frostfest in Richmond or a pickup in Staunton Va. (no 
rush on pickup however, couple of months is just fine) OR.... I will be 
in DC near Reston/Tyson's corner this Wed, Jan12th and I can deliver it 
some where near Tyson's in the afternoon.

First priority of sale is DC drop off this Wednesday, then Frostfest, 
then pickup in Staunton, then... UPS shipping.   Shipping will be 
pushing 70lbs as unboxed its 49 lbs. I  have to find a big enough box 
yet so that's why I want shipping as the last resort.

Sorry to be so picky, but packing this so it will make it safely is 
something I would rather not do so that's why I am offering it in this 
convoluted manner.
