[R-390] Online R-390A Drawings (Temporarily)

Sounds like a DLL didn't get installed or registered.  The company I work for developed the ImageR viewer and I worked on some utilities that displayed/manipulated the DLF files (among other things) but that was more than 10 years ago.  I can't offer much help with that error.  It does bring back some memories...

I suppose I would try installing the 16-bit version and see if that works.
