[R-390] Does this list no longer have a moderator ? of any sorts ?

The list is not moderated, Mac.  Sometimes people get put in the
penalty box when they deviate too long or too far from the subject
matter of the list, or they fire up their flame throwers, but an
occasional OT doesn't warrant the sledge hammer.
We are a remarkably diverse, considerate, and knowledgeable group of
gentlemen and ladies.  Lets keep it that way.

1.  Stay on topic, or at least don't stray too far, too long. Things
that are on topic:  R-390 and all the variants (388,389,391,392) and
all things relating to using and repairing and appreciating those
receivers.  If you _must_ make an off topic post, have the courtesy to
put OT in the subject line.

2.  Be civil - no flame wars tolerated here.
