[R-390] My last major hurdle in restoration Paint and Engraving

It may need to be the technique needed to get congress to modify HR 607 that
proposes to take 420-440 MHz away from amateur operators and to auction it
off to private companies to create a public safety broadband network. As if
700 MHz, 4.9 GHz and other spectrum is "not enough".

I guess they are "anxious" and 700,000 amateur radio operators are easier to
push around than a few television stations that want to hang on to their
"white space" allocations.
