[R-390] Regulated filament voltage

Good morning (8:19 UTC), R-390A connoisseurs  and other good folk ;0)

If you really want stabilized, constant filament voltage then why not
just a add a dc regulator circuit, set to 12.6V or thereabouts?

This wouldn't take up much space and is entirely retro-able.


I know others have done this for other receivers using ballast
tube filament stabilization.
