I loaned this book to somebody that I forgot to write their name down, (or at my age, just forgot their name or misplaced it). They were going to look at it and take some notes and return it.

If that person would be so kind to let me know they have it and are going to return it soon, I would appreciate it. It was sent by the author to me with some personal notes in it, and I would like to have it back in my book collection. Just reply privately.
