Cecil,
Out here in the hinterlands of Oklahoma we have a chain called "Hobby 
Lobby", and I bought Dad a woodburning outfit (and later a replacement 
woodburner) from them and he was thrilled.  They even carry a "tip set" for 
different widths.  I thought the same thing when I got that for him, that it 
would make a good soldering iron!!  Luckily my Weller WPCTN station is still 
working, hi.
