[R-390] SSB adapter

In my personal opinion and experience the CV-1982 is a good SSB  
adapter born to work with R-390A/URR, furthermore a quite good  
solution is also a diode brige across DIODE LOAD in the rear of  
R-390/R-390A as stated by Paolo Viappiani in its book about these fine  
receivers.
