[R-390] Regional distribution of list members

I perceive I omitted information that may be of interest: the R-390
stuff for sure, and the other stuff with tubes. 

1 R-390 (all Collins; restored and tweaked by Rick Mish. Fine rig!)
3 R-390A (EAC, others. I need to write this stuff down!)
2 R-1051 (B and G)

As I wrote earlier:
