Hang on a minute, Todd!  I'm no Yank!  Remember, I was a VE2 (and 
still am) before I became a W1!  And Chuck Rippel, WA4HHG, is a 
southern boy from VA.!

Yes, it is true, I am a citizen of both Canada and the United 
States.  Citizenship is a legal status; nationality is a state of 
mind.  Remind me to tell you the joke Paulie told me about that subject.

Still, nationality (and not anything else) really matters here.  Only 
the love of big heavy grey MILSPEC HF radios!  That's why we're ALL here!
