[R-390] Regional distribution of list members

This has been a great check in during the dog days of summer.  For a while I 
thought the list had died but looks like everyone is here for the most 
part...that's great.

I'm sure more will follow...I'm sure there are more of these receivers 
scattered around the globe for sure...

At least 2 are in North Korea on a fishing boat...err Museum...:-)
