[R-390] Front panel paint removal

I did manage to do one successfully with powder-coating, but it wasn't easy.  It took them two tries to get the coating thin enough.  The second one just never worked out and I ended up having to fill them with JB Weld and having it silk-screened.

I definitely would not try it again.
