[R-390] Front panel paint removal

Powder coating has a HIGH likely-hood of filling the engraving.  Much 
more so than a couple of coats of paint.  Keep the paint in spray 
consistency, and paint accordingly.

Put it in oven on warm - about 145Deg F for a couple of hours.

I do it while I KNOW the wife will NOT be home.  Her damn allergies have 
come back with a vengeance!
