[R-390] Panel meters

I haven't looked at one directly, but one might add a "window" in the
appropriate place in the case by drilling a hole and then plug the hole
with a pc of white or clear translucent plastic rod. A hobby store is
your best friend for projects like this. Maybe even replace one of the
assembly screws with one of plastic then light it up from outside.
