There isn't enough "stuff" in those that reasonable handling 
isn't sufficient (if someone is "stupid" handling them - 
they deserve what they get (which is probably not more than 
a series of CAT scans)...

Now there is "stuff" I don't care to be around...   Then 
again - sure looks like calibration sources...   We had a 
bunch of those on my last ship...  and yes - I was an 
"incident" responder...    though fortunately - we never had 
a *serious* incident...  (none we admit to, anyway!).

I'm not so sure the NRC is all that active these days... 
kinda like the FCC - if you really thumb your nose - sure - 
they'll react.  But if you just quietly go about your 
business and don't cause any problems...   (and aren't doing 
something really nasty like building some sort of 
"device")...    Then again - the last thing you'd want is to 
be made an example of...   *that* would suck!
