Yep!  I have watched things that have turned up on Television Programs 
that I had a part in.

Absolutely NEVER was it to be KNOWN.

This whole process began primarily under the Clinton Administration.  
They began with things such as the De-classification of MANY decades old 
DoE documents.  Had those been opened even *TWENTY* years earlier, 
KA4SFV would NOT be a SK!  My original call was KA4PBD, and was Frank's 
Elmer.

His issues?  He was involved in the testing in the Marshall Islands.  
Specifically Enewetak Atoll.  He was there when the *supposed* 1.04 
Megaton First Hydrogen bomb test was conducted.

It ended up being 10.4 megaton.

Anyway, back to the *NORMAL* scheduled program!
