[R-390] Bypass capacitors

Someone asked about the best prices on ceramic caps.  The best I know 
of at the moment for quality caps from a quality supplier are the 
Vishay S Series from Newark:

The link is to .01 uF/1000 V Z5U parts at $0.152 ea ($0.086 each for 
100).  In stock.

Don't worry an instant about using a .01 uF ceramic to replace a .02 
uF paper cap in a bypassing application.  Or parallel two, if you're 
worried about it.

Note that ceramic caps can absorb moisture if they are stored in very 
humid conditions, so there is good reason to prefer new parts from 
reliable suppliers.
