Add Arrow and you have my list of the "usual suspects":

Mouser
DigiKey
Allied
Arrow
Newark

You typically need to use more than one of them for a good selection 
of parts like precision op amps -- one carries Analog Devices, 
another carries Linear Technology, etc.

IMO, there is just no reason to gamble on currently-manufactured 
parts from small "mom and pop" sellers or auction sites -- you never 
know where they came from, how old they are, how they've been stored, 
etc., etc.
