[R-390] Hammond Cabinets

The R-390 is confusing just like so much of life.

I think that if I took an R-390 and ran it without a cabinet but with the
top and bottom covers in place then I would have similar heating issues
(or worse) than if I ran an R-390 in a Hammond cabinet without but with
the top and bottom covers removed.

As far as I recall, the manual told me to remove the covers if I put the
unit in a rack.  What does it say about installation in the official
government issue cabinet?
