[R-390] R-390A Dead Band

There is the switch contacts PLUS a 14 Mc crystal.

So it may NOT be a simply located problem.

The Mc switch detents "can" be an issue.  There is a hole that allows 
one to see the "desired" MC, but you must ensure that the detent is 
actually "dropped" into.
