[R-390] REF ..AN/ARR-41

I thought about doing that until I was severely chastised by a 
member of the MILRadio Group. It seems the Dyno is worth as much 
as the radio. I guess lots of folks did similar damage to their 
ARR-41's.
I am keeping my as pure as the day I got it !!
