WELL IN THE EARLY 60's I was trough MIDWAY NAS many times ferrying 
aircraft to the far east IIRC all of the buildings were white and after 
the runways and buildings I don't think there was any room left for an 
elephant cage array. ONE thing for sure their were plenty of GOONY 
BIRDS(ALBATROSS)THEY ARE PROTECTED AN THEY NEST all over the island.
