[R-390] filter ID

I've noticed a few requests to ID filters.  The answers were referenced to lists that had filter info but no link or source to copy.

My filters are as follows: 

(probably some Collins or closely related older radios)

526 9378-00 

and

Anyone?

Also can you please post any available sources that I can download and keep next to my workbench for ready reference?
