[R-390] Motorola vs EAC

Do you know for a fact that each radio contains only modules made by the 
maker stamped on the tag?

Most depots mixed the modules all up so you may have a mix of modules in 
each radio anyway.

Personally I favor the engraved front panels and then whichever was in the 
best shape physically and may have had the critical caps replaced.
