[R-390] Chinese parts

[Cecil Acuff]

A piece of aluminum, flat, die cut in roughly the shape of the state of 
Utah.  Goes over the mechanical workings of the RF deck.  Most important 
part are the markings on the top that help to identify the coils during 
alignment.  Many radios are missing these covers.
