[R-390] Crystal holders (bases) and WTB

Can anyone help me find a general table for the size specs for crystal bases. 

I got a quite good one from kars.org.uk , but they are all HCxx specs, and the ones in
the R390A are CRxx types. Is there a relationship?

Oh, and BTW, does anyone have a spare 200kHz crystal for the R390A that I could buy?
