[R-390] EAC Power hum - resolved

Steve,

The diode mod is one of the modifications that was put out prior to the 
radios going surplus.

However, part of the mod was to "squeeze" the stub of the tube cover 
that is part of the socket so that the tubes could not be put in.

Someone did a "half" job.
