[R-390] Constant current reg for the 3TF7

Thanks everybody for the input.

it was, of course, the Dr Johnson regulator in the "Pearls" that I was
thinking of, and the magic resistor value is  (ta-da, wait for it!)  3.48
Ohms!

Fortunately. I have two working 3TF7s, but that's the SS circuit that I
would use when one of them goes o/c.

A couple of people quoted a test that gave constant voltage better than
constant current for the frequency change, but IIRC that test was using the
3TF7 as a "constant current" regulator, which by today's standards is
certainly NOT the case!

Anyway, thanks everybody for the help!
