I thought 3 bucks a page at Staples was high--$4.50/page at FedEx Office
[formerly Kinko's].

Just got off the phone with Staples copy center.  Bottom line is [incl.
postage] right around $100 a set [!!!!!] for all 30 pages if there are no
copyright issues.  ouch!  Still trying to find a Kinko's anywhere close.
