[R-390] C529?

OK, so I got started removing the bad IF cans.  2 hours later I have T503
half-disconnected without destroying anything else but one of the little
standoff tie pointss on the IF can studs.  Got 3 of those little standoffs
coming from Fair Radio too...

While I'm in there do I need to replace the 3 brown tubular bypass caps?
Are those 'death caps'?
