[R-390] Strange R-390A on eBay

While this could be a hack job, the front panel appears engraved so
maybe it's a prototype?  Would be interesting to see who made the
modules.  The PTO is Motorola.  Notice also that the cables going to
the audio module don't have shields on the ends, perhaps another
argument for prototype.  And why is the selenium rectifier on the
power supply chassis?
