Most welding supply stores sell nitrogen bottles.

Back in my roadracing days, we used nitrogen bottles with regulators
to fill our tires, but not for any handling advantage or change in
the tempco of pressure (air is 78% nitrogen -- the pressure tempcos
of air and nitrogen are so similar the difference is
negligible). Rather, it was (1) to have a reliable source of gas at
a regulated pressure where you might not have electricity to run a
compressor, and (2) to make sure there was no moisture or oil in the gas.

For a while, I used helium in an effort to reduce unsprung
weight. However, it leaked out fast enough to be a problem, no
matter how well we sealed the wheels and beads. (Plus, it didn't
reduce the unsprung weight to speeak of.)

Best regards,

Don
