Yes, this is a forum for the R-390 receiver and its variants.

However, discussions regarding shipping carriers and service, while somewhat peripheral, are not off topic, so long as they do not consume the bulk of the bandwidth for extended periods.

Discussions regarding culinary matters exclusively pertaining to kielbasa are not off topic in their entirety as several of the more technologically minded members of this forum have commented on proposed R-390 family ballast tube replacements utilizing this delectable polish sausage.  So long as they do not consume the bulk of the bandwidth for extended periods, just the kielbasa once they have completed ballastests.
