This may get nasty, more than one has pointed out those differances and suggest that is is probably an overhauled rx. it still " looks very good" but likely will require a lot of care to make operational. Not trying to point a finger, but why would the calibration sticker show that 
the serial number of the calibrated unit was 3728 when the serial number of the 
R-390A is clearly 7663?

And, why would the Theodore Dames Co. need to calibrate a "new" unit?
