Back when my Uncles were farming and putting up their own, it was a real 
treat to go visit the Grandma and family on the holidays. That stuff was 
awesome and good. It was all secret family recipes in up state Michigan. Folks 
had been making it longer than my Dad had been alive and had the mix just 
right.  I think slow cooking over an R390 brings out some extra flavor. I work 
hard not to let it drip into the receiver. Kielbasa grease is just not the 
preferred long term lube for the gear train.
