Doesn't even take that particular warhead!
During the piddling contest in Bosnia, we used a simple dumb bomb that
dispersed graphite fibers that shorted out the entire electrical grid.
As to fuel truck and ignition systems, the largest majority of diesel
engines in that size bracket and up STILL use mechanical injectors.
Its the cars that have electronic fuel injection and computers to run them.
Just means walking!
