[R-390] Restoring my '390

Brian,
I'm just a hacker with this stuff. My degrees are not in engineering and I
have never worked in the electronics field, BUT, I've sure blown up and let
the smoke out of a lot of radios.....
I like Collins and started fixing them before the internet and before I
could afford the "proper" test equipment.
The stuff is idiot (me) proof....just follow the directions.....
There are some screwy problems and the list is here........
Slightly OT....
To this day I can't tell the difference between a 75S-3B aligned with the
Xtal calibrator and a good signal generator........
