Roy, thank you for the info on carrier-level meter mods.  I will have to see
what the internal resistance of these meters is and when done, will post the
results to the list.  I bought a pile of those meters so if they're workable
I'll make them available to listmembers for what they cost me plus shipping.
I'm just thankful I can finally get my 390 working right without ugly empty
