[R-390] R-389 available

There is an R-389 available, from a gentleman in Idaho, not a list member.
He said it is complete with the exception of one knob, one tube in the audio
module, and top and bottom covers.  Powers up but no audio output (missing
tube?).

He is aware of market value for these fine receivers.
