There are, but one needs to be careful -- the FCC in its 
infinitessimal wisdom caved to broadcasters who wanted to preserve 
their channel "brands" ("Lower East Stroudsburg Channel 7") even 
though their DTV facilities are now on "channel" 43.  So now 
"channel" refers to a brand, and is divorced from a station's 
operating frequency in many cases.  Be sure the "TV6" you find is 
really on channel 6.

Also, it's very difficult to tell anything about the reception 
conditions with a DTV tuner -- they show you a picture when they have 
a useful signal, and mute when they don't.
