[R-390] Polarity of Axial Electrolytics

Thanks for all the responses.
I forgot about the arrows pointing to the negative end.
But these 10 mF 250v caps have NO arrow!
So I grabbed two other packs of Xircon axial 'lytics that I have,
and... they have arrows!
This looks like a manufacturing error to me. Someone applied the
labels for radial caps to the axial caps.
No problem. Mouser only has 9,600 of 'em  ;-)
Guess I shuda bot the Sprague capacitors. They only cost 3x.
