[R-390] re; R211

I did a quick check on a SW chassis I have laying around, and I found an  
82K with a quick look.  But, when I looked more carefully, I found R211 was  
indeed an 8.2K, and the 82K was associated with a different tube.  Are you  
sure you're looking at the correct resistor?  Because an 82K in the B+ to  
the oscillator must have some significant effect on performance.
As others have noted, the oven for the calibrator and 17 Mc oscillator runs 
 continuously.  Maybe it is overheating though.
